Q: Do you accept returns?

A: While returns are accepted, customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind or incorrect sizing. All items returned must be returned in unworn condition. However, if there is an issue with your product such as damage or a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of order arrival for assistance. We are committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

Why did my order arrive from different locations?

A: Your order may arrive from different locations because we utilize various printers to fulfill orders efficiently. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality and deliver your products in a timely manner. Rest assured that regardless of the shipment source, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and products.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

A: We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Why am I being charged at customs to collect my order?

A: Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees resulting in the package being returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and a restocking fee.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding import custom charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We estimate that your delivery will arrive in between 6-8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. However, please contact us if you haven't received your order after 2 weeks of purchase. 

How do I know if my product will be the correct size?

A: Please use the size guide below the product information to get measurement of the product. Our size guide refers to the dimensions of the product itself rather than body measurements. We recommend referring to the specific size chart provided for each product to ensure the best fit. Measurements are provided by our garment supplier and garments may run smaller or larger with a difference of +/- 2.5cm (1 in).

I am trying to complete checkout, why is my country not listed?

A: We currently only accept orders from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States.
